March 2009: Les participants de l'Open de France Hickory 2009 sont invités à participer au jeu de Choule, par Geert et Sara Nijs, auteurs d'un livre sur le jeu de Choule: CHOULE - The Non-Royal but most Ancient Game of Crosse qui est un des plus anciens ancètres du Golf à la suite de la compétition les 9 ou 10 Aout à deux heures de route de Chantilly à Baudour près de Mons. Plus d'information sur leur site internet: Geert and Sara Nijs, historians of the Game, authors of the book CHOULE - The Non-Royal but most Ancient Game of Crosse would invite contestants from Open de France Hickory 2009 to attend a game of Cross at Baudour near Mons, just a 2 hours drive from Chantilly, the 9th or 10th of August. January 5 2009: Ewan Glen confirmed he will be attending the event so that the latter news is now obsolete. Ewan Glen from the St Andrews Golf Company will be offering clubs for rental for the tournament Latest. Our friend from Scotland Ewan Glen might have
an happy event around the 8-9 of August and so the Hickory Community
would be glad to report the Event of a few days more or less but
everybody would be well informed ahead.
